If the candle is in stock, we ship within 1-2 business days. If the candle is currently unavailable, we hand-pour it to order, which requires 5-7 days for curing before shipment. We will inform you about your order status via email.

Yes — every order is carefully wrapped and ready to be given as a gift. You can add a note for the recipient in the comments field during checkout.

Each candle is hand-poured, so there may be slight differences in appearance — in color intensity, layer arrangement, or the shape of the decorations. This is precisely what makes every SlowBurn candle unique and one-of-a-kind. The scent and quality always remain the same.

We ship via InPost courier throughout Poland. The delivery cost is 19 PLN. Free delivery on orders over 200 PLN.

Our candles are made of natural soy wax. Ice cube candles additionally contain gel wax (para-soy).

The burn time is approximately 45 hours with proper care.

Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn. The first burn should last until the wax has melted to the edge of the glass. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Due to the hygienic nature of this product, we do not accept returns of candles that have been unwrapped or used. If the product arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
